多边形转换多段线(polygonToLine)

Converts a Polygon to (Multi)LineString or MultiPolygon to a FeatureCollection of (Multi)LineString.

接收Feature<Polygon|MultiPolygon>,转换并返回FeatureCollection<LineString|MultiLineString>
